Professional Style Series | France

October 9, 2015

Today we bring you the third in our Professional Style Series celebrating the launch of Strada Series for iPhone 6s, this time focusing on France.

France is famed across the globe for it’s style and beautiful people. Working men and women in France choose an elegant and classy work wardrobe.  In Paris in particular the style is ‘chic and classic’.

A new trend to hit Paris in recent months, for both males and females, is slim fitting work-wear.  In the North of France, business attire tends to be more tailored and mono-chrome.  Take a lunchtime stroll in Paris  and you’ll see professionals dressed in a palette of black, navy, brown and cream.

One key French style rule for the professional space is: do not over accessorise.  Be ‘discreet’.

Similar to Italy, when reflecting your personal style in France details are very important: the way you style your hair, the perfume you use or the shape of your beard, your nail care routine, the brand of your coat, the phone you leave on your desk, your mobile phone case, the watch you wear and more…

Unlike our Spanish or Southern French counterparts, who enjoy a Friday cocktail with colleagues, this tends not to be the case in Paris.

To summarise…“French style is elegant and refined.” says Martin L., Account Manager from Paris, France.
