What will life be like in 2035? Where will we live, work and socialise?
As part of our #StradaFuturePros study we worked with Rohrbeck Heger*, expert futurists, to take a look at what professional life for someone in France might look like in 2035! Meet Pierre…
Pierre has been pretty busy of late as the demand for algorithm lifecycle managers is quite high (it turns out that human working with machines are more productive). He began his career as an algorithm exceptions specialist for various governmental agencies, making sure citizens had smooth access to telemedicine. After having worked on various successful (1 to 1) type projects at the start of his professional career, Pierre decided that he wanted to do something more meaningful and, as a result, enrolled in several MOOCs (Massive Open Online Courses) to upgrade his skills related to creativity, logical thinking, working in teams, and communicating.
With his new found skills and knowledge, Pierre had no problems finding good work as an algorithm lifecycle manager (responsible for the design, development, and operation of algorithms) for a transformative design agency that specializes in creating “abundance” platforms for developing countries. Since everyone, including the “poorest” of people have a smartphone, Pierre can better manage algorithms by directly interacting with end users (testing/troubleshooting); even if they are half a world away.
